About me: I am a professional Law Enforcement Executive and an “amature” in several areas including Christian Ministry, Professional Wrestling, acting, singing, Martial Arts, Radio Broadcasting, web design, marketing, writing, and a few other things that I’ve probably forgot. I like to refer to my self as “being born 100 years too late” as I tend to be a conservative in most areas of my life and, as my daughters would say, “really old-fashioned and a red-neck”. I like history, good mystery novels, biographies and books that don’t make you want to go kill someone or hang yourself when you’re done with them. I still love comics and graphic novels and think that some of the best writing in the world comes from comic book writers. I have been known to watch “The Crow”, a Steven Segal movie and “Evita” all in one day. I watch CNN and then switch to Fox News to find out what’s really going on.
I grew up in the tobacco-growing area of North Carolina, being a child when many farmers still plowed with mules. I love animals and grew up around horses, cattle, goats, donkeys, chickens, ducks and other livestock. I believe some animals were created for us to enjoy and some were created for us to farm and eat and some were created for us to hunt and eat. Dogs are for outside and inside. Cats are for outside. I believe in gun control. That is, everyone with common sense and a clean record should have at least one to control and you should be able to hit what you’re aiming at.
I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of the Living God, came to this world as fully man and fully God and died on the Cross for the redemption of sin. I believe that He was physically resurrected from the dead three days later. I believe that He will return one day and that when He does, he’s not going to be in a good mood.
So read if you wish the ramblings of this old country boy!
